Cleaning: Clean the filter with water frequently.
Replacement: Keep good water quality, please replace the new filter within 30 days.
Remark: If you have any more pets, please shorter the filter replace times.

Cleaning: Clean the water bin with warm water and cleaner each 7 days.

Replacement of fresh water every 5 days.

Make sure the filter is fully soaked before the water fountain is turned on; otherwise water may not be dispersed through the filter smoothly and spill out. Wash the small sponge next to the pump when changing water. To prevent the activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from shedding into water, please soak the filter in water for 15 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before use. According to your pet’s drinking frequency and the number of pets using the fountain, change the filter every 2-4 weeks.
